The wool wand is a stuffing tool, made expertly and lovingly by my talented husband Derek. The design originated out of my frustration in finding a sturdy wooden tool to stuff my dolls using the "Rolling Wool" method. My husband created a beautiful tool for me and now you can have one too.

The wool wand is made with beautiful hardwoods and each one is unique. They are sanded by hand and finished with a non-toxic oil. Each one has details in coloured epoxy that add charm and complement the beauty of the natural wood. It is a beautiful tool, extremely sturdy but you have to treat it and handle it with care as it is not indestructible. I have been using mine for 17 years now without any problems.

The large wool wand measures about 16" in total length and can roll wool rolls up to 8.5" tall. The small wool wand measures around 13" and can roll wool rolls up to 7" tall (the shank is slightly thinner than the large wool wand). I use the large one the most, as the majority of my dolls are quite big 16" tall and up. The smaller wand helps me to make smaller dolls, 8.5" to around 14" tall.

My husband only makes them in small batches (once a year) and so they become available when the inspiration strikes. So grab them while they are in stock!
