My first time making little lambs (or Wee Babies, for that matter) with cotton velour. I normally make them with repurposed cashmere but I wanted to try this fabric and I am pleasantly surprised. The Easter 2025 collection is all about tiny details, simplicity and joy for Spring. I hope they inspire you to tender to your windowsill plants, to dig into the waking garden or to perhaps dream of Spring by starting your seeds.
Tulsi is made with a cotton velour and stuffed with sweet-smelling, clean and carded Canadian wool. The eyes and mouth are embroidered, and rosy cheeks and nose are done with red beeswax. Tulsi has a little basket made of paper yarn and is showing you how easy it is to stuff it with chocolates. Chocolates are sadly not included, but the basket is ☺️.
This doll measures approximately 7" tall and is made as a natural doll for gentle play (humans 6+). Hand wash only with tepid water and low-sudsing soap, and lay flat to dry.
