The summer is in full swing in Northern Canada and the wee bears are everywhere. These little family of magical 🍯 honey bears were witnessed playing outside my studio window. I opened the window and offered them a little glass of water, a bit of honey and some raspberries.

They looked a bit naked, so I promptly made them dresses out of damaged vintage children's clothes. They were happy with the addition, they said thank you and flew away.

They told me they were actively looking for a gentle soul they could be friends with, and to pass the word around in case I knew of anybody ☺️.

Lilly is made with traditional Mohair teddy bear fabric and cotton doll skin. She is stuffed with sweet smelling, clean and carded Canadian wool and weighted with dollmaking glass beads. Eyes and mouth are embroidered, rosy cheeks and nose done with red beeswax. She is jointed in arms and legs, has little wings and a diaphanous cotton dress. Her antennae is securely attached to hear head.

Lilly measures approximately 9.5" tall and is made as an art doll for ADULT DOLL COLLECTORS. NOT A TOY.
